Financial Literacy Curriculum & Presentations Specific to India

The National Financial Educators Council invites local area providers of curriculum and presentations across India to propose financial education programs to be included in our curriculum library. What we look for: programs that are aligned with rigorous education principles, show measurable results, and are fully designed for community use. The submission period is currently open. Submissions are evaluated on a continuing basis.

Programs selected for the library achieve greater visibility to employers, schools, community partners, and nonprofits. All accepted materials will be listed in the NFEC partner directory and considered for promotion and pilot program opportunities.

Qualifications

Programs must be specific to the financial system used in India; aligned with essential education principles; and demonstrate that they are ready for delivery. Currently our review is limited to English materials. However, in future reviews we will expand to include additional languages including Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, and Gujarati. Some of the general guidelines include:

Age-appropriate, developmentally grounded instruction.

Meet local laws and regulatory requirements.

Accessibility, cultural relevance, and inclusive language.

Data privacy and ethical use of participant information.

How Financial Education Resources are Reviewed

How are submissions reviewed? The NFEC team and its educator advisory group evaluate orientation to educational principles, clarity of goals, rigor of evaluation, and implementation facility. Certain chosen programs may be invited to a short pilot or presented with an NFEC partner badge. Inclusion is not guaranteed; decisions are made based on fit and quality.

The submission window is open at present and we evaluate materials on a rolling schedule. Submit now to help your program meet top standards, reach more communities, and appeal to partners.
