Honors & Awards for Financial Instructors in India

Educators remain the central force behind participants’ achievements – their impact far outweighs that of any single curriculum or tool. At the National Financial Educators Council, we recognize the individuals across India who transform knowledge into meaningful, lasting behavior change that leads learners toward stronger financial futures. We celebrate financial education instructors and leaders whose efforts drive measurable progress, strengthen long‑term programs, and elevate financial literacy advocacy.

Through our Financial Educators Day award and Program Spotlights, we shine a community-wide light on educators who demonstrate clear learner outcomes. Together, these initiatives highlight professionals who lead with integrity, set powerful examples, and create models that other communities throughout India can adopt and build upon.

National Financial Educator Day India

Financial Educators Day honors the dedicated individuals who elevate the financial confidence and capability of people in their communities. Beyond celebrating traditional educators, it shines a light on the volunteers, financial professionals, passionate citizens, and countless others who share the gift of financial literacy. Their commitment forms the backbone of this movement, and their impact is immeasurable.

Observed on the last Friday of April, Financial Educators Day has grown – thanks to early support from political leaders, public figures, and financial literacy organizations – into a day of recognition, celebration, and powerful advocacy for financial education.

Since its launch in 2014, more than 1,000 changemakers across 43 countries have been honored for their contributions, each one a reminder that expanding financial knowledge is a global effort fueled by everyday heroes.
